A week ago David Lynch landed in Madrid for their participation in the festival Rizoma. There were two intense days we had the opportunity to learn, first hand, the creative process of a director who spawned a new way of doing and watch movies, with all that that entails, an esthete who also professed the initiative to the transcendental meditation, a practice that has been working for about 40 years. Lynch's visit Madrid has been apart of a luxury, "a dream come true," a phrase that was heard several times during those couple of days.
Hace una semana David Lynch aterrizaba en Madrid con motivo de su participación en el festival Rizoma. Fueron dos días intensos en los que tuvimos la oportunidad de conocer, de primera mano, el proceso creativo de un director que engendró una nueva forma de hacer y ver cine, con todo lo que ello conlleva; un esteta que también profesó la iniciativa hacia la meditación transcendental, práctica que ejerce desde hace unos 40 años. La visita de Lynch ha Madrid ha sido, aparte de un lujo, "un sueño hecho realidad", frase que pudo escuchar varias veces durante ese par de días.
